Mentoring

A key component of the Assets Lancaster small business development program is the opportunity for clients to network with other new business owners and experienced business owners to share and compare experiences and challenges.

Assets Lancaster’s Mentoring Program reaches out to graduates of our thirteen week training course to encourage and assist them in achieving their business goals. Graduates meet monthly on a one-to-one basis with volunteer business mentors that help them address specific issues related to their business concept or existing business need. Mentoring relationships continue for as long as needed to insure individual and business growth, from six months to several years.
