Business Design and Management Course

A unique program supports business owners through many stages of growth.

Assets Lancaster’s intensive thirteen week small business training program, entitled “Business Design and Management”, challenges each student with a series of topics that encourages both individual and business growth. By the end of each thirteen week class, every student has received the support required to complete a business plan for their small business concept that can be used to approach funding sources, insurance companies, accounts and other community resources. The course covers topics including:

• Priority and Time Management
• Small Business Finance
• Customer Service
• Sales and Marketing
• Human Resources
• Insurance, Taxes and Legal Requirements
