Mark Walmer is an attorney with 25 years of practicing experience in the criminal justice system. He is extremely aware of the barriers of employment, housing, and education that are created by ‘blemishes’ on an individual’s criminal record.
To help confront this challenge Walmer created Pardon & Expungement Services, LLC and Record Eraser and PaPardon.com to help those who struggle to clear their records due to finances connected with hiring an attorney. This project is to help those who have made mistakes in the past to move on with their lives.
